Work with staff to meet hospital goals. Duties include budget preparation and management, patient and staff rounding, and maintaining flow of unit, as well as all of the unit quality metrics. Maintain accreditation through Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Collaborate with comprehensive rehabilitation team daily to make sure the patient is receiving the best care possible. Team includes providers, nursing staff, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists.
