After 28½ years in public school education, I am retiring with gratitude for a rewarding career. I spent 22 years teaching students in grades 3–5, followed by the last seven years serving as a Curriculum Instructional Strategist and Instructional Coach. In this role, I designed lessons, assessments, and comprehensive writing plans, and worked closely with teachers to strengthen instructional practices.
I also collaborated with educators to develop targeted plans and interventions to support struggling students and promote student success.
