I am a foodie who loves to create, stabilize and analyze. I love working with consumers to get their output on what they think the market is missing. I'm also a nutritionist who guide people on how to read labels and understand what they body is consuming.
I have done my own research on how consumers accept food in the black belt area. I have conducted sensory testing in multiple stores to see if various products and vegetables are acceptable in the area. I also work as a nutritionist for WIC to help infants and mothers have a great counselor to talk to during the new changes that have taken place in their life.
I have a master's degree from Tuskegee University in Food science and Product development.
