About

Throughout the past 30+ years in the business, I have been able to gain valuable work experience and knowledge in several key areas: Auto Liability, Litigation Management, Homeowners, Property Claims Management and Lender Placed Insurance Claims. My acquired skills include the handling of both personal lines and commercial lines auto physical damage claims. They also encompass personal and commercial lines bodily injury claims.

I have also had the opportunity to handle General Liability and Garage Keepers Liability claims. In addition, I have also handled claims for the Risk Management Department of Associates Financial Corporation, which is now known as Citigroup Financial Services. For four and a half years with Texas All Risk I worked at resolving litigated bodily injury files and homeowners claims in the states of Texas and Louisiana.

My total loss and salvage handling skills are excellent, as would be my potential for subrogation handling, because of my five years work experience as a profit and loss collector for Citicorp Credit Services. For 13 months I was on assignment with Leader Insurance Company of Dallas working in their pre-litigation department, resolving moderate level bodily injury claims. This assignment required me to utilize my expert skills and knowledge of ICD-9, CPT and COLOSSUS injury claims evaluation to resolve claims in the states of: Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Currently I am licensed in the States of: Alabama, Arizona, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Texas (Adjuster License type 17-02—Home State License).
