- Team leader for group projects, dealing with problems with hardware and software, policy and procedures, and security issues.

- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
- Familiarity with DOORS
- Experience with configuration management
- Extensive experience with MS Office.
- Trained new MCEs and NOMs to meet certification requirements
- Full understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ImageReady, Ad Designs, Branding, Production, and Digital Prepress.
- Designed programs in C++, UNIX, Visual Basic, and HTML.
- Extensive experience with personal computers using CAD software and other graphics packages.
