Team leader for group projects, dealing with problems with hardware and software, policy and procedures, and security issues.
Develop project controls to meet customers' needs
Subject Matter Expert on the Space Network (SN), Near Earth Network, Flight Dynamics Facility (FDF), Earth Observing System Data Operations System (EDOS), and Communications Program (CP).
Supported procedure and work instruction development, risk management, and various process improvement efforts.
Extensive experience using Sword Active Risk Manager (ARM)
Extensive experience using BMC REMEDY IT Service Management
Specialist in developing document templates for a variety of program needs.
Experience with schematics, equipment layouts, and traditional graphic designs.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
Familiarity with DOORS
Experience with configuration management
Extensive experience with MS Office.
Trained new MCEs and NOMs to meet certification requirements
Full understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ImageReady, Ad Designs, Branding, Production, and Digital Prepress.
Designed programs in C++, UNIX, Visual Basic, and HTML.
Extensive experience with personal computers using CAD software and other graphics packages.
