• Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions.
• Providing assistance by remotely logging into Exatouch Point of Sale via Teamviewer
• Installing and Troubleshooting Printers such as Epson Tm30s, Star Kitchen Printers (SP700) etc.
• Troubleshooting Credit Card Terminals provided by us (PAX devices, Dejavoo Devices, First Data Devices, Clover devices as well as Valor terminals) while maintaining workstation.
• Assist with credit card terminal and LAN performance.
• Assist client to identifying the problem, finding the solution to the problem after researching,
• and assisting with fixing the problem with corrective steps.
