Installing and Troubleshooting Printers such as Epson Tm30s, Star Kitchen Printers (SP700) etc.
Troubleshooting Credit Card Terminals provided by us (PAX devices, Dejavoo Devices, First Data Devices, Clover devices as well as Valor terminals) while maintaining workstation.
Assist with credit card terminal and LAN performance.
Assist client to identifying the problem, finding the solution to the problem after researching,
and assisting with fixing the problem with corrective steps.
