I make AI a core part of how a business runs: I sit with teams, find the problems where AI helps most, and build and ship agents, workflows, and automations that solve them — then turn the people I worked with into champions who carry it forward.

VP of Innovation at Codefi / Traction Studio (2025-09 – 2026-08)

I was Codefi’s go-to for AI: adoption, training, prototypes, and all things AI for the people coming through.

• Technical lead for Vibeathon, a statewide AI build series whose first event partnered with the Joplin Regional Alliance for Health: 31 working healthcare prototypes — scheduling, cost transparency, care navigation — judged with an evidence-based AI system scoring responsible data handling. Four Missouri cities, 141 participants.
• Designed and taught a six-week live AI enablement program for about 20 developers: prompting, agents, context engineering, skills vs MCP, sub-agents — the full modern LLM toolkit, taught hands-on.
• Built and shipped real AI tooling people use: three Claude skills for the class, and the Traction Studio MCP so teams could call product APIs and search company knowledge from Claude.
• Coached through pairing and office hours, including sessions on when not to add AI — guardrails before scale, with the human in the driver’s seat.

Senior Frontend Developer & AI Dev Strategist at Classy Llama (2024-09 – 2025-06)

• Piloted AI-assisted development on a client project and saved over 60% on a feature estimated at 50+ dev hours — discovery to working software, measured.
• Drove the team’s adoption of Claude Code in spring 2025.

Founder at True Frontier (2018-08 – Present)

I solve one owner’s operational problem, then productize it for others in that industry. Shipping with AI since 2022. I run Agent Cohort: how to staff and govern an agent team.

• Ship custom web and SaaS work with the client still in the loop — I learn how their work gets done first, then build.
• Use AI to compress build time while owning architecture, review, and what lands in production.
• Run a “Brand Plan” discovery process for small-business clients: brand elements and strategy, carried into the site or app.

Growth Engineer at Classy Llama (2017-01 – 2018-08)

• Ran the classyllama.com frontend and built lead-gen pages for eCommerce prospects and an HR onboarding flow.

Full-Stack Developer at Intrinsitech (2014-03 – 2016-10)

• Led design and build of four mobile-first web apps (React, Node.js, MongoDB, Docker), from requirements to deployment.
