I have been a culinarian for over twenty years, I love to learn about how food has shaped cultures and societies and continues to influence all of us so profoundly.
I have all over Western Washington, though in recent years I have spent the better part of my career in assisted living communities.
In 2004 I had no clue as to what I wanted to do with my life, so I went to North Seattle Community College for the Culinary arts program. I was in the last graduating class of that program in 2006.
