Board of Election Trainer - Assess educational needs and design training and educational programming to elevate and advance competency and increase performance. Trained over 600 election officials and enhanced organizational culture to foster electoral integrity and operational efficiency while ensuring statewide compliance with legislative and regulatory standards. Designed customized combination curriculums comprised of case study, e-learning, and interactive demonstration.
▪ Developed a framework for assessing annual training needs and determined resource suitability by managing project resources and budget to facilitate a training calendar and manage team travel and supporting materials for election management teams.
▪ Designed training guidelines and developed Train-the-Trainer modules to equip and empower leadership members and infuse a sustainable culture of learning across all electoral management teams.
▪ Provided a series of intense training for the state of Maryland electoral officials accomplishing a 98% participation rate, 96% rate of training excellence with participants rating training a five out of five, and a 94% enlightenment rate as measured by pre and post training assessments.
