I am a hybrid marketing strategist and creative problem solver with 10+ years of experience in helping brands scale, storytell, and streamline. For the past 3+ years, I’ve served as both Marketing Manager and customer success manager - bridging the gap between product, people and performance. I’ve built and managed and affiliate roster of 100+ partners.
I’ve also developed a high-traffic marketplace that drives 1,500+ daily clicks. I’ve also designed a CEU-certified webinar that deepened client engagement and professional value. With a background in UX/UI design, copyediting, and digital editing, I approach challenges with both analytical precision and creative vision.
I’ve led backend updates and WordPress maintenance-solving bugs and monetary impact and improving the user journey end-to-end. Outside of my corporate role,I’ve independently operated a publishing and consulting firm for over a decade-helping authors, creatives, and small businesses turn their ideas into impactful, market ready offerings. I’m passionate about systems that work, stories that move people, and solutions that scale.
I am a dynamic marketing and customer success professional with over 11 years of cross-functional experience spanning affiliate and B2B partnerships, digital strategy, UX/UI, and content development. As a marketing manager and affiliate partnerships lead, I’ve launched and scaled a 100+ affiliate partner program across platforms such as Rakuten, CJ Affiliates, Impact, FMTC and Partnerize - driving substantial traffic and conversions. I’ve also curated and maintained a digital marketplace with 1,500+ daily clicks.
Additionally, I’ve designed a CEU-certified webinar, aided in the finalization of brand guides and have optimized partner documents and communications. I am well-versed in user experience design, digital infrastructure management, and creative production. I’ve led initiatives such as backend updates and bug resolution, saving thousands in potential losses.
Alongside my corporate roles, I’ve successfully run, my own imprint Petty Thoughts Productions, a publishing and consulting firm for over a decade-supporting authors, entrepreneurs, and brands through end-to-end campaign development, product strategy, and creative execution using tools like Figma and Canva. With a foundation in film and a UX certification, I bring a storytelling lens to data-driven strategy, always focused on delivering measurable value through thoughtful design, systems thinking, and collaborative leadership.
I studied Film & Television Production at Georgia State University. I also minored in English. I obtained UX/UI certification via UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business in partnership with Greater Learning. I am also in the midst of obtaining a certification in computer science, emphasis on languages such as C and Python.
