I have over 27 years of experience in the veterinary industry, with roots in farming and cattle work from a young age on my grandfather’s farm in rural Southern Virginia. Early exposure to both livestock and pets shaped my desire to help people through animal care. Growing produce and managing cattle introduced me to process, workflow, and operations management, teaching the importance of following steps for successful outcomes.
Today, I bring that mindset to veterinary medicine, where I enjoy overseeing and improving workflows such as procurement, inventory management, and clinic SOPs.
