I am a seasoned educational leader with over 30 years of working in diverse settings. I have qualifications in Elementary Education (K-5), Educational Leadership (All Levels), Reading and Educating Students of Other Languages (ESOL).

I also hold qualifications as a Non-Profit Manager and have exceptional experience facilitating, monitoring and administering grants. I enjoy composing narratives incorporating data, research and lived experiences for the purpose of acquiring resources and funding to exceed deliverables and expected outcomes.

Most Recent Professional Experiences include: 

Assisting Grant Manager with the administration of grant funds, deliverables, and programmatic outcomes.  Working collaboratively with programmatic administrators, staff, and budget analysts to monitor grant activities-including procurement processes and contractual amendments.  Analyzing and compiling documents to support grant deliverables and outcomes as outlined in the Requests for Funding (RFP).  Supervising the delivery and monitoring of services to stakeholders to ensure compliance with grant goals.  Providing ongoing technical assistance to external and internal stakeholders to satisfy or exceed grant objectives.  Researching, interpreting, and analyzing data from various sources and databases to construct and provide progress monitoring results to stakeholders.  Disseminating resources and critical information to clients and stakeholders
