Recent IT graduate from University of Washington Tacoma. Currently looking for an IT position in Japan.
I have 8 months of intern internship experience at a local school district as an IT intern. The following were my duties while employed there:
Reimaged and managed student devices, including device check-in and check-out processes and updated inventory accordingly.
Installed new printers and ensured successful network connectivity.
Resolved network connectivity and login issues, including resetting account passwords.
Troubleshooting audio system issues.
Repaired broken keyboards and replaced laptop batteries to maintain a desired device count.
I recently graduated from the University of Washington Tacoma with a bachelor's degree in Infromation Technology.
