Experienced and driven in HR managements specifically in payroll & compliance sector for almost 6 years. In my previous career role is to lead and manage changes to ensure smooth organizational changes and transitions which will better prepare the team to support the realization of the client’s business goals. Beside this, I am working with my team to ensure an accurate payroll calculation every month with expected timeline.
In addition to being proficient with HR management, I am also handling for all compliance service to Ministry of Labor to ensure company are meet ministry guideline. I am a very detail oriented, multitask, and flexible to adapt the change and accept new challenge and knowledge.
