Earlier in her career, Laise established herself as a trusted communications expert. As Manager of Media & Public Relations at the law firm Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., she directed firm-wide communications strategies, handled crisis PR for high-profile legal cases—including the O.J. Simpson’s, “If I Did It,” book, Enron litigation and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico bankruptcy—and managed public engagement across multiple platforms.
Prior to that, at Wragg & Casas Public Relations, one of Florida’s premier PR firms, Laise led event planning, government strategy, and marketing initiatives for both civic and corporate clients.
Her career has been defined not just by leadership roles, but by a personal commitment to service. Laise currently sits on the Executive Board of AMIKids Miami-Dade, where she supports programs aimed at mentoring and empowering at-risk youth.
