Lecturer/adjunct professor of public administration and political science. Serve as a public administrator for state and local government for 20 years. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the areas of state and local government, finance, budgeting, procurement, contracts and grants administration, project/program management and evaluation, human resources management, policy analysis, business operations, process improvement and strategic planning.
