I’m an early-career professional with a strong foundation in environmental studies and a passion for sustainability and climate resilience. Having worked for a climate change education nonprofit for nearly 3 years now, I bring hands-on experience in writing, outreach, strategic partnerships and event coordination. I have some training in GIS and a background in geology, and am now looking to get more hands-on experience in environmental consulting.
I love learning on the job and being part of a team that’s trying to make real change.
I have several years of experience in climate education, event coordination, and field marketing through my work at SubjectToClimate, where I lead educator-focused events, from large national conferences to virtual webinars. I’ve collaborated cross-functionally with content, partnerships, and leadership teams to promote sustainability initiatives and amplify teacher voices. I also manage collaborative partner projects, including writing newsletters and crafting PR messaging.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in environment, technology, and innovations, and minor in environmental studies. I also have 18 course hours of geology, and have completed a 14-hour GIS certification course through LinkedIn Learning.
