Responsible for hiring, orienting, and training staff. Supervise 17 staff including Master's level Clinicians, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nurses and Administrative Personnel and Support Staff. Create, organize, and implement new procedures to help with efficiency and accuracy of services delivered.

Conduct audits and CQI reports. Direct all aspects of staff performance and provide oversight to the quality of services offered to 240 (100 inpatient and 140 outpatient) maximum security inmates in Alabama Department of Corrections. Conduct annual evaluations, administer progressive discipline, and provide mediation of staff disputes.

Direct all aspects of staff performance and provide oversight to the quality of services offered to 437-640 inmates in a medium security outpatient Georgia Department of Corrections Facility by ensuring that all processes are in alignment with Standard Operating Policies & Procedures. Conduct annual evaluations, administer progressive discipline, and provide mediation of staff disputes. Assist with Comprehensive audits of Mental health departments at other State prisons.
