My mission is to use my expertise to better the lives of others, by creating and implementing evidence-based programs, providing training and supervision to staff, and collaborating with families and stakeholders. I am skilled in special education curriculum development, professional development seminars, project management, and dissemination of best practices. I am passionate about advancing the quality and accessibility of autism services, and I am always eager to learn and grow as a professional and a leader.

I am an adaptable leader with over 14 years of experience working as a behavior analyst and program leader. Throughout my career, I've collaborated closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. I've also trained teachers, supervised staff, and conducted workshops and conferences.

In the last three years, I've expanded my role into administration, where I've successfully blended my clinical expertise with project management, budgeting, staff management, and stakeholder relations. I excel in complex problem-solving and adapt quickly to diverse environments. I have worked alongside and for people from highly diverse set of backgrounds and desire to continue this type of work in my next position.
