I am an adaptable leader with over 14 years of experience working as a behavior analyst and program leader. Throughout my career, I've collaborated closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. I've also trained teachers, supervised staff, and conducted workshops and conferences.
In the last three years, I've expanded my role into administration, where I've successfully blended my clinical expertise with project management, budgeting, staff management, and stakeholder relations. I excel in complex problem-solving and adapt quickly to diverse environments. I have worked alongside and for people from highly diverse set of backgrounds and desire to continue this type of work in my next position.
