Leslie Rainen

I have been in healthcare over 35 years, working in multiple areas beginning as a red tech, into practice management, and eventually into medical coding. I have worked on numerous software coding and EHR applications and currently manage a staff of 50 coders.

Predominantly in the medical coding field managing numerous acute care facility medical coding departments. Very involved in revenue cycle, working with providers and upper leadership to streamline, revenue cycle processes.

I have my associates in science in radiologic technology
