● Environmental KPIs management and calculation for the plant (%Savings, Energy efficiency, GHG, Water, and Waste Management).
● Successful use and management of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Methodology with level 4 & 5 for tools of the Environmental (ENV) pillar and support of Cost Deployment (CD), Focus Improvement (FI), Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Professional Maintenance (PM).
● Develop, prepare and present for over 10 yearly audits, internal and external (WCM, ISO 9001 & 14001)
● Periodic evaluation of the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Matrix (risk matrix).
● Enact corrective/preventative measures against unsafe environmental actions and conditions.
● Over $200K USD in savings for the plant this year, thanks to the development and enforcement of several personally led environmental projects.
● Development and administration of over 30 yearly environmental trainings for Administrative and Operative staff.
● Elaboration of over 160 documents related to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), OPL (On Point Lesson) and Kaizen
(continuous improvement).
● Vendor and supply management.
