7 yrs exp advocating and working with the homless population, I have trama informed care, I am a leade advocate so I jnow how to run day to day operations, manage a kitchen, cook for 600 people a night, cut cost, mentoring men and women, I have started a homeless clostest m,ake over to help them build a wardrobe for success and compactablity personally, worked with a team of advocates to do outreach and utilize all resources and networking with community partners to strengthing resources. Overseen a long-term rehab for women, and have over 4 years of experience leading a team.
