My name is Lilly Cera-Proulx. I have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education degree from Delaware State University. I have several years of hands-on teaching and coaching experience, I feel I bring an enthusiastic approach to fostering a love of fitness and a life-long healthy lifestyle among students.
Throughout my career at institutions such as the YMCA, Learning Tree, and the GEM School, I have designed and implemented engaging lesson plans tailored to various age groups, focusing on physical, social, and emotional development. My experience as a coach for youth softball and basketball has sharpened my skills in teamwork, discipline, and motivation—values I strive to instill in all of my students. Additionally, my involvement with initiatives, such as "Movement with Lilly," demonstrates my commitment to promoting health and fitness outside the classroom in my community.

I have a bachelors degree in Science with a major in Physical Education from Delaware State University. I completed three semesters of student teaching at a elementary and secondary level. Within my expereince of student teaching, I had the opportunity to observe, teach mutiple lessons, classroom manage, and adminster mutiple written and physical assessments to evaulate the students based on their knowledge and skill execution.
