Lily Johnston

Hey, my name is Lily Johnston. I am a current Junior at Auburn University, I am studying Managment with a minor in Human Resources. I have strong communication, organization, customer service, data entry, team leadership, time management, problem solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

I am currently seeking a Human Resources Internship or a position as an entry-level Human Resources Assistant. My interest in Human Resources was sparked by my mother and aunt who both have degrees in Human Resource Managment from Auburn University. My interest has continued to grow as I believe a positive work culture leads to a productive environment and everyone should have a voice during their employment.

Golf Shop Associate (April 1, 2023 to Present)

• Performed daily operations in managing the golf shop activities and ensuring member satisfaction.
• Collaborated with my coworkers on merchandising for the shop including moving displays, stocking the shop with new items, rearranging items, and keeping the shop clean.
• Operated the point of sales system in processing the payments of cart, green, and tournament fees, lesson charges, merchandise sales, and printing the end of day report.
• Trained new golf shop associates and interns in all aspects of managing the golf shop activities and providing exceptional customer service.

• Actively maintained the cart barn area by washing golf carts, loading the cart area, removed
