In my most recent roles in manufacturing and construction, I led and executed several projects including post acquisition integration and ERP implementation resulting in increased revenue, market share, and operational efficiencies. I have also implemented process improvement initiatives across multiple sites, improving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. I have developed and mentored high-performing teams of finance and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
