I am an experienced Financial, Operations, and Administrative senior leader who has 18+ years of experience working in a very high paced and demanding Big 4 global accounting firm. I've been challenged with and excelled at increasingly complex assignments and positions and am continuously learning new ways of implementing new technologies and ways of ensuring success in my responsibilities. I have a passion for working with professionals in all levels of the organization and have had repeated success in building high performing teams in many different organizations in the business. I am very flexible and adapt quickly to new challenges and stretch responsibilities and have proven to be energetic, a compassionate and caring leader, and a continuous learner. I enjoy new challenges and leading teams and organizations through changes and have had success leading projects and strategic business improvements across many different functions. I started my career in Finance and have had P&L responsibilities and have led the FP&A and reporting functions before leading the overall operations, including administration, within global professional services organizations.
