I am passionate about designing and approach each project attentively in order to uphold project requirements and office standards. I possess 17 years of experience in working in various disciplines, such as residential, education, and healthcare. Throughout my career I've gained skills in site analysis, feasiblity studies, developing architectural drawings from schematic to construction documents.
As well as, construction administrational tasks, like coordinating meetings, site visits, preparing regulatory documents, spreadsheets, cost estimates and reviewing/responding to submittals and RFI's. In addition to that, I have developed some BIM families and resolved clashes within projects while using Revit. I am familiar with both NYC, Miami, and IBC Building Codes and compliances, as a result of being involved with projects in various locations throughout the US and abroad.
