I am a master’s-level mental health counseling student graduating in December 2026 with clinical experience supporting adults and women in inpatient and community-based settings. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients develop practical coping skills.

I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard while also being empowered to take an active role in their healing and recovery. My experience facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups has strengthened my ability to connect with diverse populations and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As I begin my career as a mental health clinician, I am eager to continue learning, grow my clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients I serve.
