Maries most recent education is finalizing currently, as she is in her last semester of a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). This degree is designed to equip clients with strategies and frameworks that can lead to a healthier and more stable mental health. Often, this type of counseling helps address concerns with symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss of a loved one, workplace stress, trauma, and other factors that could be causing excessive stress in an individuals life.
Mental health professionals undergo vigorous training, and educational requirements such as obtaining a CMHC degree from an accredited university.
