I am goal oriented and always strive to improve. Relationship building is important in any line of business including call center , remote or face to face . I enjoy working remote and have no problem having zoom meetings and also have years of call center experience from helping my team be more efficient with average hanging time - AHT to training them to improve customer service skills / quality . I can work eastern or pacific hours and weekends .
