Hello, I have been working with a wide range of businesses to improve staffing , budget, financials , policies , procedure’s, professional training for 25 years . I am goal oriented and always strive to improve. I enjoy working remote and have no problem having zoom meetings and also have years of call center experience from helping my team be more efficient with average hanging time - AHT to training them to improve customer service skills / quality .
