For the past 10 years, I have managed the office of a fertilizer manufacturer. I was responsible for all purchases, including raw materials and facility needs. I managed all safety programs, including being OSHA 10 certified and first aid certified, and managed all employee safety trainings. I managed all onboarding new employees, open enrollment, and many other HR duties, as well as handled all invoices and shipping duties.
Office manager duties included onboarding new employees, payroll management, supervise shipping coordinator. Purchasing manager duties included buying all raw materials and packaging, as well as all office and production needs.
Safety manager duties included being first aid and OSHA 10 certified, as well as managing all safety trainings and documentation for all employees.
I have a high school diploma and one year of college.
