A brief review of my career working experience will reveal . I have 17+ years of experience in IT industry with different kind of platforms like mainframe, CRM with close to 7 years focused on Salesforce CRM. This includes handling salesforce administrator/Salesforce analysts/functional and technical analyst.

I work closely with stakeholders/business to understand the requirement , document the Business requirement document, work with developers to transform BRD into technical document. I am responsible for completing UAT testing and training the end users .

• Over 17+ years of overall professional IT experience in Salesforce.com CRM, Oracle CRM/CPQ, Apttus CLM Application Support, Designing, Development, Testing and Implementation Platform both as Administrator and Developer.
• Technology savvy with aptitude and experience in adopting modern methodologies and innovative techniques to boost work efficiency.
• Detail-oriented energetic team player motivated with multi-tasking capabilities problem solver and hands-on leader with exceptional presentation and client/customer relation skills
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
