About
I use innovative thinking to ensure I am supporting the needs of individuals, management team and business. I use my phone etiquette skills to provide accurate responses and feedback to those in need - often defusing hostile conversations. I was a middle leader to 5 staff members and supporting leader to many more.
I use empathy, logic and passion to complete all my tasks to the highest degree possible.
