As Project Lead, I've established goals for the redesign, advocating must-have features while utilizing most up to date web design trends, UX/UI best practices and requirements. I've authored RFPs, reviewed SOWs and was a lead on the vendor selection and management. Over $100,000 was saved during the bidding and negotiation process.

I've managed: projects, vendors, teams and consultants. AGILE methodologies were utilized during planning, implementation and integration of various projects. I've prepared a training curriculum, and trained staff.
