With over a decade of experience in public administration and high-level support, I have built my career on providing exceptional operational management and strategic assistance in fast-paced, demanding environments. For ten years, I served as the lead administrator for a national legislator, where I was entrusted with everything from directing office operations and managing sensitive communications to analyzing policy and serving as a primary liaison to government agencies and community stakeholders.

To build upon this foundation, I recently completed my Master of Public Administration here in the U.S. at Notre Dame de Namur University. My recent work in the Bay Area has allowed me to apply my skills in new ways. I successfully spearheaded the fundraising strategy to establish a new Nepali Community Center, a role that involved grant writing, donor cultivation, and building strategic partnerships from the ground up.

Additionally, as a Graduate Student Success Coach, I had the privilege of mentoring students, helping them navigate their academic and career paths.

My goal is to leverage this unique blend of extensive administrative experience and recent success in U.S.-based program development to help an organization thrive. I am a proactive problem-solver, deeply committed to operational excellence and supporting the mission of any team I join.

I recently completed my Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Notre Dame de Namur University here in California, which has solidified my skills in operational management and strategic public service. This practical, U.S.-based education builds upon my earlier Master's degree in Conflict, Peace, and Development Studies, which provided me with a strong foundation for understanding community dynamics, equity, and cross-cultural communication.
