I am a Sri Lankan born, recently moved into the states. Previously I was a Business Development Team Lead for a BPO Aussie company. What helped me excel in my role is my passion to be a good example for the people around me. Being able to guide and help them throughout their hardship. Therefore which allowed me to develop my skills in sales, communication and leadership.
I was a Business Development Intern, after then was promoted to a team lead undertaking 7 members to train and manage, Which was for a BPO company based in Aussie. I worked there for close to 2 years
Currently self employed, providing the services of web building and managing for small business for cost effective points
I attended Gateway College in Sri Lanka. I was a Business student.
