My current role is Regional Sales Director. I've been a Respiratory Therapist for nearly two decades. In recent years, I've been employed as a Travel RT and Clinical Liaison. Prior to my healthcare career, I thrived in customer service.

Those roles afforded me knowledge in areas such as IT, EMR/EHR, Medicare/Medicaid, and Commercial/Private Insurance. I've led and coach teams, developed educational materials, created webinars, facilitated in-service meetings, negotiated contracts, and utilize KATA process improvement for best practices.
