I am a mental health advocate and public health educator with over 30 years of experience in the health and wellbeing space. I am a certified sound therapist and two-time Women’s National Golden Gloves winner. I hold two masters degrees: one in public health and the other in public administration. I also have a bachelor’s degree in social work. I have worked in higher education and campus wellness at Spelman College for over 10 years where I worked in collaboration with counseling services where I offered sound therapy and “release therapy“ through boxing to help students manage anxiety, depression and anger.
I am currently working as a behavioral health professional at Eleanor Health.
