Provided excelled customer service in a call center setting for 18 years working my way to manager of customer service. Handled all types of incoming and out going calls including all escalated calls requesting manager assistance. Entered online orders, worked with shipping departments from over 50 manufactures including Amazon.
Including ground deliveries and LTL shipments across the US. Maintained reports for sales, tracking and returns. Worked with IT department to improve all areas within the company as my role in director of operations required.
Previous employer Buyonlnenow.com was an online office supply store. When businesses and schools switched to working remotely during the pandemic sales declined and the business closed during my 18th years as an employee. Before this job I worked in retail sales at a variety of locations.
Graduated from High School and worked at Mayo Clinic for 6 years. After working in retails sails and was hired by Buyonlinenow.com where I learned on the job the computer skills needed to run a multi phone line call center with up to 30 employees working in the call center. Our software was designed by our IT department and I learned it on the job and became the in office expert on all aspects of the software.
This led to my roll at director of operations and I was able to work directly with IT department to perfect all systems regarding customer service.
