Marcy Norman

Hello. I currently work as a Clinical Coordinator for one of Davita’s largest clinics in the Peninsula area. I have had this job for over two years and I love what I do. I have been in dialysis for over five years. I have a lot to add to any dialysis facility with my over all acute and critical care nursing experience, as I’ve been a nurse for over ten years. Dialysis is my favorite specialty and I look forward to working in a new environment.

I spent my first five years as a nurse working in a step down cardiac unit in a hospital as well as the ICU. I worked as six months for a hospice case manager in between, but found this particular job was very hard on me emotionally. Then I moved to dialysis as a charge nurse for Fresenius, and two years later to Davita where I became a Clinical Coordinator and am currently working.

I attended Thomas Nelson Community College where I obtained my Associates in Applied Sciences.

I am currently attending Walden University online for my bachelor’s degree.
