Trained Vascular access specialist.
Over 14 years critical care clinical experience, including ICU, bedside trachs, bedside bronchs, transportations, flolan & Nitric Oxide delivery. Rotoprone bed, assisting with intubations.
Education communication with both patients and staff. I have held presentations on disease process & equipment set-up. Along with implementing many changes to improve patient outcomes.
Leadership responsibilities with leading meetings as Chairman in Shared Leadership Committee. Also, precepting students and new employers.
All respiratory therapies, ICU, E.R., transporting critical patients. Patient education on medications and delivery, daily assessment on patient status. Bedside bronchs and tracheostomies procedures. VAS access experience with PICC, arterial and IV placement. Assist MD is Pacer wire, balloon pump, EVD, and all Central access procedures.
