As a docent my job was to provide bilingual information studied for visitors, interacting with people and customers. This was a seasonal job offered by John I Leonard high school program.

As a leader my job consisted to train new staff, being charge of opening the store and closing the store, counting all the money in the safe box that the store generated per day, as a cashier being the # 1 seller of all little Ceasars stores in West Palm Beach.

Bank Teller - Wells Fargo Bank

As a teller my job consisted to have a crucial multitasking level, great with technology, an excellent communication to be able to make transactions transfering, depositing or cashing money, consistently being educated and learning from new bank procedures, company risks and updates, schedule appointments offer help with representatives and have memorized codes to different safety boxes to able to count all the currencies and the money from the entire bank.

Front Desk/ Host/ Greater - The Beach Club

As a Front Desk, Hostess and Greeter, my job consisted of providing excellent customer service by welcoming members at the country club and their guests, managing reservations, seating guests to their designated tables, answering phone calls, constantly coordinating with management, team, bar, chefs and line cook. Assisting with guest requests was a crucial role. I consistently multitasked while maintaining professional communication and working with staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
