- Responsible for coordinating/gathering all documentation related to the patient chart.
- Works under the direction of registered nurses, & in collaboration with healthcare professionals of the patient care team.
- Responsibilities include processing of orders, verification of forms for accuracy & completeness and dissemination of information on the unit. Calling code blue during a STEMI emergency.
