• Maintain daily records
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction

-Deal with difficult people calmly and professionally.

-Receive freight and assist with inventory management

-Computer training to utilize Spire accounting software for orders, invoices and purchase orders

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person in a friendly, professional manner.

-Schedule service appointments

• Provide accurate information about products and services and be able to conduct research as required and respond quickly
• Review daily reports and schedules and process orders efficiently

-Support shop technical team and management

• 2-3 years customer Service Experence
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and willingness to learn new software skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

-Reliable, friendly and able to take initiative

• Strong organizational skills

-Solid computer skills

• Previous experience in industrial customer service or sales is preferred
