I have 6 years experience as a crypto trader and working with crypto startups as a community mod, customer representative, community manager and social media manager.
I worked with amazix.com a top tier blockchain consultancy firm. Working as a community manager, I worked on projects contracted by AmaZix. These included sphere, Tokenplace, TrustSwap, Team.Finace, Swapple, TrustSwap Launchpad, Avarik Saga, Sekuritance, Dacxi Coin, Mercor Finance, NFTChampions, whaleloans, Artmeta, ECORISE DAO and Filmio communities.
While working on such projects, I gained great knowledge about blockchain products through educating users about security, market trends, trading platforms, and digital currencies. I gained expertise
I have also worked with ZenGo a non custodial crypto wallet leveraging MPC technology as a customer support representative. Here I have played a great role educating newbies on crypto security, helping them with any onboarding questions, guide them on how to buy, verify transactions on the blockchain using different blockchain explorers and answer any crypto related questions using my expertise and the overall product knowledge.
I have also worked at Paychant an African on ramp and offramp platform on a mission to onboard Africans into the blockchain industry by supporting local payment methods. Here I work as the customer support team lead, leading a team of 5 members, setting up work shifts, reporting any bugs to the tech team for fix, writing up support articles and FAQ, setting up intercom bots.
