Serve as liaison between teaching staff and Administration in regard to financial matters and research. Duties include verification of FACTS and payroll data including proper transfer of funds between cash accounts.

Also includes the periodic interfaces of FACTS and payroll data into the Quickbooks reporting system. Recently implemented a new procurement system to capture all invoices including Amazon orders, approvals and verification before synchronizing into Quickbooks.
