I have over ten years of experience in customer service, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. For the past three and a half years, I’ve focused on the hospitality industry, working as a bartender, server, and supervisor in high-volume, fast-paced environments. I’ve learned how to balance efficiency with genuine guest connection, ensuring every experience feels personal and memorable.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and an associate’s degree in Accounting, giving me a strong foundation in communication, organization, and attention to detail. I also earned a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell, reflecting my interest in food, wellness, and hospitality.
