Managing and entering all invoices that are sent to the company, which includes putting them into NAV, tracking them down and assisting with any inquiries involving payments
In charge of running and shipping out checks
Act as the cash secondary count check
Initiated a project that turned the company from a paper system to an electronic paperless system including their invoice archive and approval system through understanding the process and the needs of the accountants
Worked with one of the accountants to automate the workflow of stat tracking in excel
Managed to reduce the received but not invoice for each month to a consistent low of 10,000-15,000 when the year-end last year was 35,000
