I’m a coordinator with data analysis and project management skills and a strong passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements. In my current role, I support a team of advisers by providing training, coaching, and serving as a subject matter expert in college enrollment and financial aid. I manage and lead outbound campaigns aimed at helping students enroll in college, and after each campaign, I analyze the data to help guide operational strategies and improve future efforts.

I have extensive experience with data visualization and analysis, using tools like R, Python, PowerBI, DAX, and Excel. I also build and maintain knowledge databases and SharePoint sites for my team, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on statistics and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and I recently completed a graduate-level Data Science Bootcamp at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

I’m passionate about problem-solving, using data to make a tangible impact, and supporting my peers and team members in achieving their goals. I’m also constantly learning and expanding my skills, including working towards my Microsoft PowerBI certification. • Maximize team performance by understanding/analyzing advisers’ strengths to increase student satisfaction.
• Analyze student and employee data to summarize and present to stakeholders. Recommend best practices using resources.
• Create monthly reports on staff productivity, quality advising, and goals. Visualize and present data with PowerBI.
• Exercise interpersonal skills verbally and digitally. Handle escalated student/parent inquiries to achieve positive resolutions.
• Utilize Salesforce, Banner, and BDMS to review accounts and identify solutions. Standardized advising through creation of digital knowledge banks and resources such as the SharePoint site, OneNote, Excel, and Teams infrastructure.
• Established college’s first outreach campaigns by creating communication templates, identifying KPIs, and managing project progress. Prevent campaigns from overextending and reducing the college’s impacts. Track project completion.
• Hosted ICMI Expo Conference presenting our student advising philosophy, contact center setup, and scope of work.
• Promoted into position from Enrollment Adviser following end of COVID hiring freeze.
• Host briefing meetings with outreach advisers and track campaign progress
• Coordinate all communication and form mass communication (emails, calls, texts, and voicemails)
• Liaison to departments via SharePoint ticketing system or direct communication to deploy solutions
