My current position as a training coordinator allows me to properly and safely train all new hire transportation drivers. I conducted a 10 day hands on training which shows them how to properly approach aircrafts. Inform them of all AOA rules and regulations.

I also trained them on how to properly build flights. As a trainer I have the ability to pass or fail any new hires that are great or not a good fit for the role in the early employment, in class training process. I was also in charge of badging for transportation new and current hires.

As a previous safety coordinator , i supervised all transportation drivers out on the VSR. Made sure they were all following AOA rules. I conducted 10- 12 daily audits on the drivers while they were catering on the ramp.

I also had the ability to pass or fail new drivers on their final flight certifications.
